Few things are more beautiful to me than how the world looks (and smells) right after it rains, and by the world, I mean Utah. It hardly ever rains here so when it does, I notice the small things like............... water drops clinging to lilacs,
how much brighter the sun seems,
and reflections in puddles. It's good stuff. Don't miss it!
Breathtaking! The flowers are so vivid I can almost smell them all the way out here in California!
ReplyDeleteThanks Jackie!
DeleteYour pictures are lovely, especially the lilacs. They don't grow well here in Georgia but I was in Connecticut one spring when they were in bloom - gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteThanks Mary, I hope you get to enjoy lilacs again sometime :)
DeleteI feel exactly the same, I've been taking photos of raindrops on blossoms all week :)
ReplyDeleteAwesome! We like so many of the same things :)
DeleteYou have done it again Elise! You've captured the lilacs in the lens so much so that it makes me want to reach in and breath the sweetness. Lilac dew drops fall like a ambrosial shower, oh yum.
ReplyDeleteYou make lilacs sounds so delicious that I want to eat them! Thanks for your comments Laurie. You have a way with words :)
DeleteThose are stunning Elise! You have such talent and an eye for beauty!
ReplyDeleteThanks Kristin!
